I have three pips right now...maybe more, I'm about to go check again ;) I have six ready for hatch today...lets hope I get six chickens! They are blue/black/splash orpingtons. I HOPE to get a female blue and a female splash...we will see. The rest will go to a good home already picked out in fact.
MORE NEWS...I let me girls out yesterday for half the day...first time out this long and they loved it! At about 8pm all but two of the girls went in to bed ON THEIR OWN :) Olivia (barred rock) and Baby cakes (baby cochin) needed a little coaxing. Baby cakes actually went in on her own after I talked her into it lol. Olivia was lost chirping around looking for her buddies so I just picked her up and showed her the way in. Maybe tonight she will do it on her own. Sunset is at 8:30ish tonight so I will wait till than to shoo them in. They love being out as long as they can. Today is their first whole day out. I have some video and its downloading right now but will post it today after I check on the eggs again. Wish me luck on my hatch! *FINGERS CROSSED*

Good luck with the new babies. Can't wait to see the video. Kyan hasn't seen any of the stuff yet he's not been at my house long enough to do anything.

Our guys & gals all go in to bed on their own as well. The only ones who are being problem children are the young ones, well I guess they are 2 months now. They have to be pushed in, just like kids, they want to stay out & party while the older ones head in for the night. LOL.
